Maintaining positive relationships with the parents of every child at Hampstead Parochial School is extremely important to us and there are many ways in which we encourage parents to get involved in the life of the school and learn more about how we help your children to learn.

All parents are invited to ‘Meet the Teacher’ meetings at the start of each year and there are a variety of parent forums offered each term.

If there are specific issues you’d like to raise or discuss, please don’t hesitate to contact the school office and an appointment will be made with the relevant member of the Leadership team.

Parent Consultations

Parent consultation evenings are held each term and give parents and teachers the opportunity to discuss your children’s progress and achievements, as well as setting targets and suggesting ways you can support them at home.

Reporting to Parents

At the end of the Summer term you will receive your child’s annual written school report.  The report gives you details of their attainment and how well they are doing compared to national expectations.  It also contains details of their attitudes to learning and the effort they put in during the year.

After you receive the report we hold our final parent’s consultation evening to give you the opportunity to discuss the report with the class teacher.
